The 1990-1993 Rwandan Civil War, which was a conflict within the Central African nation of Rwanda, between the Hutu government of President Juvénal Habyarimana and the RPF, a rebel group composed mostly of Tutsi refugees. The conflict began on 10/1/1990 when the RPF invaded and ostensibly ended on 8/4/1993 with the signing of the Arusha Accords to create a power-sharing government
